Payment
We accept payment using PayPal! PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover & payments from your bank account), along with money that's already in your PayPal account, Money Orders, & Cashier's Checks. We are PayPal verified & we do not have access to any of your credit or debit card information. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from our website! You can simply use your credit card; it will be processed through PayPal. Payment for our services is due prior to the start of any work.
Prior to any services being rendered, the start of any custom projects or the uploading of images for viewing on the clients secured online gallery, clients are required to pay their balance in full. If payment for the requested services are not paid in full at the beginning of a booked session no services will be rendered. If paying balance by methods other then cash on day of session or Pamper Party, payment must be received one week before booked session. Cash only on the day of service will be accepted. Payment for product photography must be received before any proofs are released or uploaded to the secure online gallery for viewing.
PayPal is a very secure online payment service! PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to ensure that your information remains secure. PayPal heavily guards your information both physically & electronically. PayPal is the most widely used on-line payment system! PayPal securely & confidentially handles millions of on-line accounts & they are used by many countries around the world. PayPal also offers 100% protection for buyers against unauthorized payments.

Terms Of Use
The purchase of any of our products/services is subject to our Terms of Use as outlined below. It is your responsibility to make sure you read & understand "our terms" before making your payment. Once you have paid for a product and/or service you are agreeing to these terms. These terms are legally binding & must be followed to avoid legal action. You agree to these terms upon purchase whether you've read them or not. Please take a few moments to read & understand them.
1.) All products or services provided by KESS Photography may be used for lawful purposes only. You may NOT share, duplicate, resale, distribute, or claim any of the images or custom work as your own creation.
2.) You may NOT use your purchase for anything other than its created intended use. If you purchase prints from us... they are not to be reprinted without our expressed written permission.
3.) We are NOT responsible for errors due to any changes or edits made by you or anyone who is not a staff member of KESS Photography.
4.) Due to the nature of our products and/or services, we do not issue refunds. We will do our very best to create images and custom work that you will love, but work already completed must be paid for whether or not the images or custom work is used.
5.) All deposits are non refundable, and must be received prior to requested session.
6.) Remaining balance must be paid in full at beginning of booked session. If paying by PayPal, credit card or check payment must be received one week prior to booked session.
Remaining balance due for Pamper Parties must be paid in cash on day of booking, if not paid one week in advance using other methods. No services will be rendered until balance is paid in full.
7.) Weddings need to be booked at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability.
8.) We reserve the right to feature your images or custom work in our portfolio as a representation of our past work experience.
9.) All of our photography services include online viewing for 30 days. Once minor edits (if requested) are made to images and uploaded online, we will send you a unique password to view your images.
10.) We reserve the right to shoot & create ONLY family friendly images and custom work, if it can't be seen by a child... we can not provide our services and we reserve the right to refuse service based on our own judgment.
11.) KESS Photography assumes NO responsibility for claims of any type from the use of our images or services. The customer agrees to hold KESS Photography harmless in liability, expense, claims, fees & loss or damage. In no way will KESS Photography be held liable for any use of our images or services by the client or other third parties.
12.) On occasion KESS Photography works with independent contractors from our preferred professionals list including but not limited to; masseuses, facial specialists and make up artists, KESS Photography is not liable or responsible for any conflicts a client may have with any person or business outside of KESS Photography.
13.) We reserve the right to change our terms & policies at anytime without notice.

Any information you provide us is considered strictly confidential! You will not ever receive unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of doing business with us! If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name & email address will be stored in our database and is purely kept to send you updates on our latest specials and announcements! You are free to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time! Simply go to our newsletter subscription page, click unsubscribe, & click send! Just to be clear, it is NOT our policy to spam anyone.

Our code of ethics standards can't remove all worries, but it can give a client a sense of security knowing that we are always there for them & their photography needs.
